It’s not going to be to everyone’s particular taste but I think we can all appreciate how interesting this house is.
Previously part of an ironworks and now an industrial semi periodesque (yes, I made up this word) terrace. The ground floor is fairly open plan with a living room that flows into the kitchen diner both with parquet flooring, exposed brickwork and iron beams on display.
Moving upstairs we have a similar affair with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, but it’s mainly carpeted, adding warmth, along with bundles of natural light from the skylights up above. I do love how they’ve currently styled the house, it feels minimal but still homely with touches of colour and knick knacks that show the current owners personality – I’m very impressed by the plushie and Lego collection.
Up for £375K with DB Roberts. 🔗 Link to rightmove. 🔗Link to Zoopla.
