Then do I have the house for you! The hamstone exterior is exceptional, with lovely sash and bay windows. The interior however, needs a little more TLC.
The layout is classic terrace through and through, open living room diner with a galley-ish kitchen out back, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and then a cheeky loft conversion unlocking a bit more space. PLUS a hefty garden, that’s surprisingly not too overlooked.
It’s got the bones you need with high ceilings, alcoves, some wooden floors, and high skirting upstairs. Design wise, I’m imagining whipping up that carpet, wooden floors, huge rugs, ceilings painted with neutral walls, light furniture with a few antique pieces, and some dramatic light fittings because why not!
