Welcome to cosy cottage core at its finest. This isn’t the biggest but sometimes it’s not all about size, it’s about charm and this house has oodles of it.

First off, I was absolutely drawn in by the windows – just wow – and then, just as I had hoped, the inside was simply lovely. Exposed brick fireplace with a log burner (just saying it makes me want to snuggle), a fresh feeling kitchen diner that has high ceilings and lots of natural light and two good sized bedrooms with cast iron fireplaces. The outdoor space here is ample and really sets it apart, plus an office / summer house too.

I love the mix matched furnishing, knick knacks on the shelves, and the artwork too.
