It’s everything, and more

The epitome of a Victorian terrace house has been found, and in Leicester of course.

If you’re not sold on the classic red brick, bay and sash window exterior then believe me the inside will leave you with no doubts.

The hallway ceilings are high and although the tiles may not be OG – easier said than done – it’s giving the vibe we’re after. Two reception rooms that lead into each other, gorgeous floorboards and fire places, detailed coving and high skirting too – then the galley kitchen, but a big one! In the bedrooms we see the picture rails we’ve been searching for and a large four piece bathroom. The colour choices may not be for everyone but they work for me, I love the depth and boldness accompanied by neutral furnishings, wooden furniture and prints.

It’s a bit of a winner really… up for £290K with Hortons. Link.
