What is it about houses in Bath? They’re just so nice (and expensive) and just generally lovely.

This three storey terrace is cosied in the middle and the exterior is simply lovely, plus that front garden looks pretty neat. Inside feels lofty and light albeit quite small, the front room sympathetically balances period charm with modern need, gorgeous flooring, log burner and exposed brick work. The kitchen is a dream (imo) and the bedrooms although plain are definitely on trend with a neutral style.

The price feels a little steep but for Bath it’s probably apt. Up for £400K with Carter Jonas. Link.
